Danielle Damianov holds a Mortgage Broker License, Real Estate Broker License and a Real Estate Instructor Permit. Danielle is the Area Sales Manager for CMG Home Loans and has been in Real Estate and Mortgage since 2001. For the past 22 years Danielle has won numerous awards in both Mortgage and Real Estate. She was nominated by her peers as Top Real Estate Instructor of the year in 2019 for the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors and is a Best Selling Author of Real Estate Secrets Unlocked which is sold on Amazon and Short Sale Secrets Unlocked, an E-Book to help Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Investors Dominate in their niche. Danielle has been a featured Contributor in Several Books and she is a Contributor to the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors Quarterly Magazine and the SWFL Real Producers Magazine as well as others. Danielle's passion in her Mortgage Business is helping her clients achieve financial freedom through Homeownership. She is also very passionate of helping Real Estate Professionals achieve their goals whether it is doubling their business or in real estate investing. Danielle offers coaching and classes on Mortgage and Real Estate.

Danielle is a Graduate of Miami Leadership and Bonita Estero Realtors Leadership and has served on numerous committees.

Danielle was born and raised in Massachusetts and received her BS in Business Management at Bentley University. She now resides in SW Florida with her husband, two children and Goldendoodle Coco.

Danielle Damianov was born and raised in a small town, Pittsfield Massachusetts, AKA The Berkshires. After graduating from Miss Halls School in 1997 she attended Bentley University in Waltham Massachusetts. Danielle Received her B.S. In Business Management with a minor in Computer Information Technology and Spanish from Bentley University in 2001. Danielle moved from Boston to Tampa in August of 2001 and got started in the Mortgage Industry. In 2003 Danielle obtained her Real Estate License and then her Real Estate Brokers License in 2004. Danielle has owned a Real Estate and Mortgage Company in the past and has worked in Real Estate, Mortgage and Real Estate Investments for the past 22 years all over the State of Florida. Danielle Currently holds a Mortgage Broker License in FL, MA, CA, IL & TX. She also holds a Real Estate Broker License and Real Estate Permit License in Florida.
